1. Acceptance
FleshOrBot is a privately owned and personally maintained website. It is not a commercial service at this stage. If you do not understand or agree to these terms, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The site is intended for users age 18 and older. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure.
3. The Service and User Content
Match chats and other published gameplay content are public by design. You are responsible for anything you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the site ("User Content").
You grant the site owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for operating, improving, and providing the site.
4. Rules: No PII, No Defamation, No Abuse
Do not post personal, private, or sensitive information (PII) about yourself or anyone else. This includes addresses, phone numbers, emails, government IDs, private messages, or any other information that could identify or harm a person.
You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, misleading, or intended to harm another person or entity.
5. Enforcement: Bans, Responsibility, and Legal Cooperation
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Users who publish defamatory or harmful content may be banned, permanently removed, and/or restricted from the site at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and actions. The site owner may cooperate with lawful investigations or legal claims by third parties who allege they were harmed by User Content.
We will never intentionally disclose your password or authentication secrets. We will not voluntarily provide personal account data to private third parties. However, we may disclose limited information if required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other lawful legal process, and we may preserve information as required to comply with legal obligations.
6. Account Deletion and Retention of Published Content
You may request account deletion. Upon request, we will delete your account. However, previously published gameplay content (including match chats and match records) will remain in the system and may remain visible to other users.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner bears zero liability for User Content posted by users, and is not responsible for any harm arising from User Content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content or your breach of these terms.
9. Service Changes and Access Control
We may modify, pause, restrict, or terminate any part of the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for safety/legal reasons.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
